Everyone’s friendly and easy going including the managers and owner. The work environment is like a small family. The managers and considerate of individuals plans when making schedules

One of the worst jobs i have had
The job may seem fine at first, but it is awful i was in high school and my schedule was not helping me at all i would get off really late on school nights and not be paid for staying after hours. Extremely long shifts the coworkers were not very dependable and all we did was scoop ice cream. The management was the worse treated workers with disrespect never paid us on time and most if not all of us received bounced checks. Wouldn't say i am the best worker, but what i went through there were only raises for the people he was related to in the business also.

Productive and fun work place. The most enjoyable part to me is decorating cakes and making waffle cones.
It is a fun work place and good environment where you get to learn from others and build relationships with your team members. It is a pretty simple job.

Great first job or also for student in college. Flexible work hours and plenty of work shifts. Fast paced, which makes the shift go by quickly. Plenty of hours to work.

Fast pace and fun
Low pay rate. You learn a lot. Heavy lifting sometimes. Takes a while for you to get a raise. Time would go by fast in the summer because of how packed it was. Learned how to decorate ice cream cakes and took on the responsibility of becoming a leader.

Everybody gets along well! Easy, fun and busy job for anybody. Quick and easy to learn everything. Coworkers/management friendly and very helpful to newcomers.

Productive to lazy
When I first began working there no one was ever on their phones and everyone was doing their job including me, later everyone left for college and my boss fired everyone that wasn’t going to college except me so that left me to be the only worker for months after he finally hired some new workers I was in charge of training all of them while working some of the busiest days and still trying to get home at a reasonable time so I can go to school and work the next day.
ConsPoor management, poor job security, lack of communication

Good High School Part-Time job
regular tasks needed for this job, no breaks given just when convenient, hours varied and unreliable time off if needed. Closing byself and opening required

Great place to work
Honestly a super fun experience. It is a great job to have fun, while ensuring that customers have a great experience. Usually a typical day would be me opening the store. I would refill the ice cream tubs, count the register, restock the fridge, and open the store.
Management was great. They were really open and flexible.
