1. Having previous WORK experience in the line off business would be a requirement to apply for any leadership role not necessarily requiring leadership experience. 2. Get rid of shift bids. This puts single parents, caretakers and students under a lot of stress to get a shift that does not work with their personal life and goals

Awful you get a call from a recruiter and they rush you through paperwork to sign for interview. Little did I know my last check would be paid at minimum wage and not my hourly rate saying not blable but worked those hours 119 hours.

Leaders in clinical review never follow company policies and treat staff terribly. Nurses working 60 to 70 hours a week and not compensated.

Nurses that work from home are treated badly and overworked and no one cares. Labor relations reps do not help with any of it. No work life balance at all.
