Great culture, loved the people, very difficult to grow past designated job
The culture was great and I loved all of the people, however growth opportunities are reserved for managers and difficult to take advantage of them at a lower level and grow into more advanced postitions

BCG was my first job and they put my standards very high. I often refer and compare my every employer to them.
You work hard, but surrounded by smart, educated, open-minded colleagues. You learn a lot. You are given responsibility from your day one. If you are good you are promoted fast nad have many opportunities. I would gladly come back to The BCG!

Great company
Working at BCG is great. There are awesome benefits in the US from generous vacation time, unlimited (within reason) sick and personal days, education compensation, parental leave, company events, outings, and retreats, and lots of internal trainings. Depending on your department there may be limited mobility or job advancement.

Starting off in IT after military, I could not have picked a better job
In my opinion based off every other job; this one was by far and away the best. Great co workers, amazing staff, extremely well skilled and trained. Would recommend 100 out of 5 times!

Flat org makes it hard to move up
As someone who had many different admin roles (i.e., not on a consulting track) jobs at this company can go very well for the right person - particularly someone who will work hard and not expect advancement right away. Company benefits are best-in-class so that's a plus as well. I eventually left because I found it was going to be hard to move into a management role - org is very flat for those on the admin side.
