Good company. Very tight deadlines. Culture is open and fun. Employees can dress business casual. there is a café, daycare, gym and clinic. voted best place to work in 2019

Lots of potential but slow to change
Very siloed organization that could leverage its scale but due to company culture fails to do so. Very capital project focused which doesn't allow for projects that require ongoing improvement.
ProsGreat travel opportunities and nice people
ConsLacks organizational discipline

Very nice atmoshere to work in
I worked as a temp/contractor for about 3 months. I really loved the international atmosphere there. And as for the project I was working on it was quite extensive but I was not micro managed and the supervisors were lovely people.

Again no comment
As with all of the other questions you have asked about my previous employers is not anything I want to comment on. I like my jobs and my employers and to not wish to sit here an grade them when this has nothing to do with my job application.

Life on board depends big time which department person belongs. As Restaurant Mid-Manager, I could say that I was stretched among:
- pleasing operational needs with optimum time usage
-pleasing guest's high service standard expectations
-pleasing company's standard in delivering expected guest's ratings, revenue and Team Members well being.
To deliver above, just most important tasks mentioned, i had very often stretch my working day to 17 hours, presenting only official working hours /10/. Killing 6 months contract with one meal off weekly!!!
Despite, a ton of criticism, negativity and unnecessary stress was thrown at me on daily basis!
Prosinternational working environment, opportunity to travel, saving your earnings
Conszero benefits, long working hours and contracts, dealing quite often with egoistic, self oriented management management

Carnival cruise line is good company, but the management give more stress for the works.restaurant staff pay for the uniform.food and accommodation company given free.company given more training about hospitality and safety.waiters have no fixed salary, guest gratuities and tip and company pay for the flight tickets ,all crew members at least work more then six months
