this company is not a happy place to work. The hours were 14 hrs days.
This company has great benefits. Management was terrible, not enough help. Working 14 + hrs a day plus weekends. Calling into meeting frequently that was useless.
Conseverything, no lunch r/t to much work, meetings.

Good at the start
Great company at the start. Multiple internal changes including replacing clinical pharmacy manager with a RN. This transition did not go well and many people left the company at that point.

Hard place to work
At first, it seems like a great place to work. But once you get on the floor everything changes. The company is very uptight and hardcore. A very strict place to work.

If you can get past dealing with certain types of people and focus on your work you can be successful. Job advancement is great with plenty of options to choose from.

Simple job, good pay, no real advancement opportunities in IT field with this company, Great job for entry level IT workers. Communication is lacking throughout the company at times.

Longevity & Company growth
* The company is growing weekly. The profits & shareholders in the company have expanded greatly.
* Work place culture is great very family oriented.
* Work days are always packed with additional work and meetings plenty to do.
* Hardest part is the amount of work & not enough employee's.
* Most enjoyable part is learning somethign new daily.
* More inbound work than the employee head count.
* Variable management styles and newer managers with out the proper skill sets.
* Job growth is a big challeng as well.
ProsGood place to work if you are FTE.
ConsNot so great for the amount of work per emplyee head count.
