It's a job
Management very poor. My supervisor has lied to write me up yet as well as he didn't try to advance me for promotion for his own selfish needs. The ethics around this job as well as transparency procedure is very poor as well as it's a racial hostile work environment

Great employees, lack of direction from management
I worked for coca-cola 12 years and started as a part timer, worked my way up through the ranks due to good supervisors and managers at one location. A restructure happened 8 years in while I was a warehouse supervisors and had to move to a different city due to job being eliminated . In my new role I had different responsibilities and had a GM that was remote and came by periodically, I was responsible for all facilities and many other tasks. I was told I would be offered a manager role for two years and this never came to pass and was told half truths frequently. I did my job and did it well until company was acquired by an independent distribution company, this is when I cut and ran, I was scared of having to move once again, very unstableness job. My 12 employees were amazing and would go to war for me and I for them. Manager was a coward and would throw you under the bus any chance he got and he’d be the one driving!

Very active and upbeat environment
Good company to work for. Lots of incentives to keep morale up and turnover down. Senior management is always encouraging new ideas and are very approachable.

Great Learning Experience
This is a job, be prepared for long hard days and short easy days. Summer is hot and long, and winter is short and cold. It really depends on what department you work in but be the best advice everyone says is great company to work for once you are out of the warehouse.

excellent job security with a new challenge everyday. Enjoyed being at a new location multiple times of day meeting new people. Enjoyed being trusted enough to train new employee's.

Great company to work for with sincere interest in customer satisfaction
Great company to work for with lots of opportunity to deliver happiness to customers and consumers alike. There needs to be some additional turn of senior managers who have been with the company for too long.

Poor work place
Too much buddy system with lack of professional leadership. No teamwork nor cohesion. No trust between anyone. Entirely too much backstabbing. Not a good work environment.
