Overall Reviews at Colgate-Palmolive
Regulatory Affairs Manager | Piscataway, NJ | Apr 10, 2020
Over the years the Company has undergone a change from a "family" based company to one that is not.
A typical day at work was stressful.
I learned a lot from my interactions with the Consultants than from my upper Regulatory Management.
The workplace culture changed over the years. Team work is virtually nonexistent. Everyone is looking out for themselves.

Exceptional brands speak for themselves
Colgate Palmolive is a terrific place to work. A company with incredibly strong brands, focused on driving long-term profitable growth. Impressive management team with long tenure at the company. Smart colleagues and lots of cross-functional teamwork.
Communications Intern | New York, NY | May 9, 2018
As an intern, it was great sitting in on meetings and learning about a company that has been around my entire life. It was great experiencing all the effort and brains that go into something the outside world sees as so simple.

Built many good relationships working there. Inclusive culture. Enjoyed working directly with and getting to know employees globally. Got to work on special projects outside of my direct department.
Receiving Manager | Lumberton, NC | Aug 14, 2018
Decided to leave when my superior asked "What have you done for me lately?" during an annual evaluation. Left about two months later. Went to work for Michelin Tire.

Good job temp service was diwnfal. Theyhad picks. Didnt hide ut
Good hiring process test was a little difficult compared to actual task. Temp cut out of made twice as long to become permanent . kept pay at a poverty level.
ConsTemp managers had picks unfair. Fast food manager overkilled her authority.

Nice place to work
The laboratory supervisor position was a swinging door during my time there and made work more difficult. Nice company to work for, but lack of consistent lab supervisor and then inexperienced supervision made work life difficult.
ConsLab management was lacking

I came in as a intern and the experience was just okay. There isnt much help they give you to explore the company. I was not even told of the shuttle service they ran between the train station and the work campus.
Global Consumer Affairs Representative | New York, NY | Mar 19, 2019
typical work day
I started at CP as a part-time B representative taking consumer calls.
Worked with a great group of people in Consumer Affairs.
I enjoyed talking and assisting consumers with their inquiries, complaints on our products.
Also worked on various projects within the department.
ProsGreat work hours for a part timer.
ConsDon't have any bad things to say about working at CP.
