Good
Working as a contractor and the environment is really good, with the new building there, it's really a good experience to work n that office. I would recommend it.

Poor management and Poor Pay with long hours
The company has a poor culture overall. The managers are very frustrated with the system problems and the moral is low across the board. The flexibility of the schedule is about the only good thing i can say. You definitely learn how to work under duress with tight deadlines.
Prosflexible work schedule, remote access
Conscompensation, system issues.

Typical cubicle work environment
Undergoing major cost cutting during my time there. Very typicle office/cube-farm work environment. Work and managment was not too strict but not too relaxed - a good/fair balance.
Proswork-life balance
Conslong hours at times

Good work place
Hard work but good benefits. Very hierarchical and bureaucratic but that's to be expected with a swiss company. Just need to go in with the right mindset. Very interesting work depending on what department you're in. Very good benefits.

Poor environment for work.
Open seating, single screens that guarantee headaches, they charge you for coffee! It is clear that they would prefer robots to actual people. Decent but expensive cafeteria.

Great Place to work
Great place to work, I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys working in a fast paced, collaborative environment. No further comment on this matter.

Finance Jobs
As with many financial service companies, CS is moving many of the finance jobs from high cost locations such as NY/NJ to offshore / Nearshore locations. Otherwise, during my time there I worked 10 hr days, management and people were good
