Best place to work especially for fresh graduate, so he or she will learn the real life, challenging but achievable. If He or she is able to face the challenge in Foxconn then he or she will be ready to face the upcoming future.

Did not like it
I don’t like it but it’s a job . They don’t understand that some of us have lives outside of work . We have kids and personal problems if they would have a little more understanding they would be a lot better.
Material Handler | Durham, NC | Oct 2, 2018
Work place culture was relaxed, with many of the day today tasks performed professionally. Overtime was at a minimum but much was accomplished when required. Everyone worked well together, and cross training was encouraged. Unfortunately, this Department no longer exist, and all have transitioned to other areas of employment and goals.
ProsClose group of people

Work here as a very last resort / option
Typical day: getting overwork from shift managers to make them look good. Getting $8-10 which for any normal citizen of United States of America is not near good to live on unless you are staying with mommy and daddy. Up to 12 hour work shift when production is booming. Expect layoffs and downshifting and betrayals from Nepalese/Chinese majority work force with this employer.
Shipping Supervisor | Houston, TX | Oct 10, 2019
Very intriguing place to work for.
Over the course of the years with new management the work environment changed. We received bonuses once a year, but there was plenty of room for growth and I use to look forward to going to work.
ProsAlot to learn
ConsJob didn't compensate for the positions you were in.

Fun work place
It was a nice place to work for someone trying to learn how to work in a Wherehouse and qork with a lot of diversity in the building, and to be able to learn new things and jobs like FedEx ground and UPS shipping.
ProsGreat people to work around

Aggresive from a business sense
You must be a self-motivator and assume total responsibility for your assignments. Excellent communication skills with a cutomer or your co-workers, worldwide is a MUST.
ProsTotal responsibility given when running a program
ConsNo training, little salary or promotion advancements
