Challenging, and learning experience.
Hilti offers a great deal for employees. I have been fortunate to have different experiences with company. The most difficult is the forecast for each year, which can sometimes be unattainable because of hefty increases projected for each year.

training provided, safety classes, and communication with superiors is promoted. There was no stress due to the fact that team work is promoted. A person willing to work as a part of a team will excel especially if he/she can work independantly also.

Good Home life balance. But limiting in compensation compared to other companies in the industry. it is definetly a trade off. Hilti is a company where you can grow within, but limit your overall compensation benefits.

Very flexible work day once you have a client base developed to support your goals. Very low # on the micro management scale unless you need coaching
No time clocks here, and never the same location daily for work. I became great at developing relationships with clients and grew a huge customer base. I also learned how to customize and create to cater to customers needs to best grow thier business, save time and money.
I had great management initially and things became more and more micro managed as time went on regardless of performance. The culture again, the 1st 3/4’s of my career was fun, competitive and rewarding. This changed towards the end of my career with Hilti.
I found the requirements once micro managed to be the hardest part of this job.
The 1st 3/4’s of my career with Hilti was the most enjoyable and rewarding when I was growing the business, developing and opening new markets, expanding the business, finding talent and training people to continue in the markets I was opening.
