Good experience for beginner RDs
Good experience for beginner RDs. Exposure to clinical, counselling and food service overall experience. However you are on your own most of the time. Your work environment varies with the facility you are working at as you are contacted to different facilities.

Very good at "puting out fires"
managers will work at each facility. manager will be moves if issues to retain accounts or moved to correct a slipping one. You are taught that each account is your own business.

Worst Company Ever
As an account manager all I have to say is RUN!!! If this company calls your or you have an interview setup with this company! All they care about is the bottom line. I was told to do what needed to be done to make sure to get results. Be that working through your lunch time with no ability to make up your break and then when you do get the results they then turn around and write you up for working on your lunch even though you tell you to “Do what needs to be done” (exact quote from my district manager)aka work through your lunch. There are no real benefits you only get 24 hrs total of sick time you can use a year (people are sick more often than 3 days a year) as I said at the beginning RUN! Run as fast as you can away.

Sense of purpose
Love working in nursing home and being part of the care for residence. Company seems to be more concerned with making money than fulfilling needs of facility and client.

Great place to learn how not to do things.
Employees are underpaid, consistently short-staffed, little to no support, and figure it out as you go. I learned how to handle challenging customers, complete projects understaffed, and how to get it done regardless of the situation. My manager had little to no experience and did not handle challenges or was afraid to confront them. Upper management would rarely come around unless they had to visit for their yearly walk-through.
Workplace culture is non-existant and the hardest part of the job we not enough support or proper mentorship. However, I learned how not to treat employees, how to handle challenging situations, going above and beyond what was asked of me.

my personal district manager was a good guy and did the best he could. The company overall is horrible and a lot of these companies change their name at the drop of a hat. This one's no different. I do have a lot of respect for my former district manager though.

fun work environment
This facility is the home of our customer's/ residents and their needs come first. The most important step is to have excellent customer service at all times and stay focus at all times in this fast pace environment. Working laundry is 100% fast pace every day. Good training skills.

Nothing at all
Treat people better and don't lie some of your mangers need to learn how to talk and respect people. There's no advancement when I work there. Train your mangers to respect people.
