Overall Reviews at IQVIA
one giant mess
a lot of people in upper middle management that don't know what they are doing and are very focus on themselves, making it a hostile work environment
Working hard, sometimes walking to stretch
People with big work loads often prefer to keep busy with their own task rather than take time out to answering questions or help the new guy.
Management don't provide adequate training
Best job ever
Best job ever.wish I could work there again. Loved it. Trying to get a job there again. The job was fun. The work was fun and my coworkers were nice.
ProsGreat job, great co-workers, and I had a lot of fun working from home
ConsThe contract was too short and the fact that it was a contract job
Great Way to transition to direct hire
They provided the resources and the ability to get hired direct by a great biotech company. It was a great opportunity to network with others in the industry and grow a skill set.
I was working on Special Projects that would bring a new product to the marketplace based on the results. 1000 people were involved in this study.
ProsFun people to work with.
ConsNo benefits at time.
Long term contract selling Lilly Products. Great coworkers, good products and coverage. Pay and IC were pretty good.

Best job I have ever had!
This was one of the best jobs I have ever had. Unfortunately it is a bit of a roller coaster as the drug we were selling got pulled from insurance coverage and my whole team was laid off.
ProsTravel, free lunches, great teamwork
ConsThey do lay offs so it’s not a job most have for several years
Good place to work. They offer on the job training and also do offer internal classes to learn more about product lines. Some flexibility in working hours.
Consover abundance of meetings
Innovative company with great leadership
IQVIA offered opportunities to work autonomously and supported my growth as a field employee. I enjoyed my tenure with this company and I was disappointed when the contract for our project ended.
ProsBeing a field employee
ConsExtensive travel was sometimes required
Leadership from top down is extremely professional, fair and offers as much upward mobility as possible.
Allow sales people to use their own techniques and styles and do not expect the cookie cutter approach to slaes.
Innovazione troppo lenta e scarso dinamismo
ProsSalario e benefits, work-life balance
ConsScarso dinamismo e lentezza nell'innovazione
Productive and motivating environment to work in
Employee friendly company with flexible working hours. The management always heeds to employees requirements. We learn to be independent and leadership qualities
Had a great experience working in IQVIA and would like to join once again if i get an opportunity
IQVIA will be always my favourite place to work and had very good experience and so much supporting managers and colleagues. I was given opportunities many times to switch role and I have really enjoyed all the new role that I jumped within the organisation. Would like to work with IQVIA once again if I get opportunity.
I have had a wonderful experience with IQVIA. I have worked remotely in Canada with my support team in the US. They have been very helpful and I've had a positive experience with them. Would love to stay on but my project was not renewed.

Great place to push yourself and learn
Working in IQVIA you feel stretched constantly with new challenges everyday.
You are surrounded by very interesting and intelligent colleagues very often in a global context.
There are opportunities to further your career and move around if you wish.
ProsWorking with intellectually stimulating colleagues
ConsThere is always a budget containment/cutback situation
Multinationale Américaine "typique"
Multinationale Américaine "typique".
"Grosse machine", management qui tourne beaucoup, stratégie mal communiquée, et en même temps de nombreux avantages pour les salariés et un secteur plein d'avenir.
