Work hard, play hard
Intelycare is an amazing company. I would definitely suggest working for the corporation if you’re looking for an opportunity for growth and work culture.

Flexible you make your own schedule. You choose the place you want to work and the pay you want and hours. Easy to work around a busy mom schedule. They or the facility will have 12 or 8 hour shifts.

Fing awful
The customer service does not care they’re disrespectful it’s absolutely disgusting. The pay is OK but there’s not enough hours. management if that’s what you wanna call it and Cant fix a mistake so other people won’t have the same trouble.

Flexible work schedule
It offers the flexibility that you need especially with me being in school to become a nurse. Lots of shift options to choose from, however it is ALL done via an app. I feel like I don't have the support behind me, and if something glitches the people that are in control blame it on you. I was sick and had a sore throat and wasn't feeling right, I answered the COVID screening they provide and they said your shift will be released without penalty. Then they put me on suspension for my shift being released, that was 6 days ago and I have called twice and no response. I still can't pick up shifts, and need to be able to work. I think the system can be disorganized and the people that work for intelycare are of no help since they are based in a state far away from me.
ProsFlexible schedule, multiple shifts, work when you want to
ConsNo benefits, no paid time off, no support from management, lots of cancelled shifts

I Love that I can make my own schedule and travel to different locations and meet new people. The fact that I can travel all over and making a difference in people's lives is awesome to me. Only down side is if something happens last minute and you cant make it you could be leveled down. But I completely understand

Flexibility is wonderful and so is the pay. Can call the supervisors at anytime with any question and will answer it right away. No annoying calls all day and you can literally make your own schedule. No asking for vacation just dont pick up the days you want to go. Have really great facilities that you can choose from to work at.

Not worth your time
I’ve never before worked with a group of people so clueless. The right hand has no idea what the left is doing. There’s no support and no encouragement. You are completely on your own. And their shifts are not inColumbus.
ProsWeekly Pay
ConsEverything Else.

Very good money and flexibility
Very good company highly recommend if you want to make good money and be able to make your own schedule I’ve been working with them for a few months and I’ve made as much as $28 an hour as a nurse assistant....can’t ask for anything better than that

Questions And Answers about IntelyCare

What tips or advice would you give to someone interviewing at IntelyCare?
Asked Jul 14, 2017
Don't waste your time here — horrible ethics!
Answered Aug 13, 2020
Be yourself, be honest and true. If you have any questions or concerns, never hesitate to call them and speak with them. For the most part they are very friendly staff.

Are there paid holidays?
Asked Oct 20, 2017
Yes, there are 11 paid holidays if you are a full-time employee in the office and no-one is expected to work holidays other than people in the Operations Center. They are on a holiday rotation and get paid 1.5x for working a holiday. Nurses and CNA's are W-2 employees, but are all part-time employees. Only 1% even work 30 hours a week because it is all up to them if they want to work or not work. Most have other full-time jobs and they get their benefits there. This is an opportunity to get extra hours if they want to work.

How often do raises occur at IntelyCare?
Asked Mar 28, 2018
If you are a nurse or CNA, they choose the shifts they want to work based on the rate that is offered for the shift. It is entirely up to them to work for the pay that is offered - every shift is completely transparent and has its own rate. No nurses or CNA's are hired at an hourly rate, it is all up to them.
Answered Oct 4, 2018
IntelyCare has shifts rates that are based on the facility, shift time, and shift day. On average, the rates 25% greater than the local Nursing market rates.

What is the interview process like at IntelyCare?
Asked Jul 10, 2019
They call you randomly (no appointment scheduled) and ask if you can speak right now. Then they ask "what you want in a job?"/"can you work weekends?"/and the typical "where do you see yourself in 5 years?". In my experience, they seemed positive and scheduled a follow-up with me the next day at 3 pm —then they went silent and never sent the zoom invitation. If this is how they treat candidates I wouldn't want to work here just saying... Imagine how they'll treat you once you're a "part of the family".
