Grounds Manager | Greeley, CO | Apr 12, 2019
Great Starting Job but Stressful
Many different departments within ground beef at jbs with a lot of various people in leadership positions. For example, 3 heads of sales, head of scheduling, head of traffic, head of imports, head of quality assurance, etc. With that many different people in positions of power there is a constant power struggle that ultimately makes things harder for the employees under these people.
ProsGreat pay and benefits
Quality Assurance Technician | Green Bay, WI | Apr 1, 2020
not the best but it pays good and weekly thats it
management is all over the place you will only last if you have a solid job to start with otherwise most who end up cutting have a high turnover rate the break chain is amazing and packaging is not too shabby for the pay overall its just for the money the job sucks but the cafeteria food is decent I will say that. Somewhat work with doctors appointments and all.
Consthey don't care about you

Refrigeration Engineer | Beardstown, IL | Apr 24, 2020
Distrustful atmosphere, management standard is do as I say, not as I do. Company influenced labor unions via a company built, and sponsored union hall
I worked in Maint. Engrng. as a refrigeration specialist. While on vacation, another engineer went through my personal equipment. He gave a letter I had written to my dieing father to the engineering director. If you didn't know the circumstances, it would appear to a proclimation of gay love. They actually taped it to the door of the main Engrng Dept., and fired me upon my return.
