Overall Reviews at Jack in the Box

I’m getting close to finishing high school and need a better job outside of fast food.
Some days at work will be good and some will be bad. Sometimes I am always given the most things to do and also expected to do the most amount of work, I enjoy working with some of my co-workers as they make working enjoyable, while a few will get me in trouble for doing something that they do.

Very poor management but everything else was very good
I like the system of how to take orders to deliver the orders, work environment is great very diverse culture which is nice. Just wished there was a better management system.

It’s a starter
It’s a good job to start off with and get experience with team building and customer service. It’s really straightforward on what your job is but the only thing that’s difficult is remembering how many days desserts and coffee can stay fresh. I had to keep asking my team leader to remind me. Also another difficulty is the stress. Some people can seem really disrespectful but you have to stay calm and smile.

productive serious work space
Its a good Job if you dont mind the people around you pushing you to move faster. Team work and good relations is necessary. schedules are a bit on the rough side, weekly and hard to work with at times.

Working at JIB makes you feel like you’re part of a big family. It’s a fun and caring place to work. The corporate location has an indoor gym for employee use and they also provide lockers and showers.

No advancement. Alot of drama
Not a good choice for a career.
The franchise offers nothing. High turnover and management.
Nothing is good enough. The franchise Mangement always finds faults within everything. With no support

Jack in the box really didn't pay as well as it should have been paying their employees but you could always get alot of hours and over time. That's how alot of us managed to be able to live off of.

My job is a Fastfood
A day at my job is the day starts off slow so you have time to clean and restock. As time progresses one must satisfy a customer with welcoming energy and positive vibe. I learned and understood that my area must be cleaned and restock. I learned that the customer must be pleased and you must be patient with others. The hardest part of my job is the pressure it can become with limited time and pleased customers during rush hours. However, anything is possible it takes practice, one can make a rude customer to a happy one.
Prosthree dollar off of meals
Consdoing the job alone
