Overall Reviews at Kimberly-Clark
Business Process Analyst | Pleasanton, CA | Nov 20, 2019
Stressful, consistent threats to over exceed your objectives in order to meet expectations and unclear leadership goals
Kimberly Clark lacked transparency between Leadership and employees regrading objectives which were unrealistic and constant moving targets.
Constant threats of "getting rid of deadwood" for those who didn't meet their managers expectations.

Loved working there untill it closed
When they started to shut down they started to fire people for very unjust reasons they ultimately are out for them selfs but before it was great but then management got really shady

I dont have a review for the company at this time. I will update a review when I have a better idea of what to say for the review summary. I am still with the company.

Slow to move
They did not recognize when managers were in a position they should not be managing and constantly bringing on inexperienced people doing jobs they didn't understand, and not providing adequate or even clearly defined training.

High performance work system
Expected to carry out many duties, everyone wore many hats there.
The crews were expected to take care of safety, quality, maintenance, production, and scheduling without management intervention.
Director of Transportation | Knoxville, TN | Feb 26, 2019
Poor leadership in the senior ranks
The company does not encourage thinking that does not conform with senior management. The culture is to critique the person not the idea. If you get sideways with senior management there is no return for your career.

Team Oriented and employees were recognized
Team oriented and employees are recognized for their work. Great company to work for. Compensation was fair. Great programs for employee development. Healthcare was one of the best I have ever had.

Great company to work for
I had an amazing experience on the Kimberly-Clark International Team. My role as a product developer involved building learning plans, trial planning & execution, study design & execution, data analysis, presenting
recommendations to executives, ad claim substantiation, test method development, budgeting, technical writing, & more. The management and culture were great and there was a lot of exposure to upper leadership. The only reason I left was because I didn't love living in Wisconsin, so I took a Voluntary Severance Package that was offered to every employee during a company restructuring (in which 5,000 employees globally had to be let go).
