Overall Reviews at LabCorp

Negative work environment. The company is ran like a military base. Supervisors I've known had arguments. Supervisors intimidate employees in front
If you want to feel owned, unappreciated, treated terrible, insulted in front of others, overworked, whatever negative action bestowed upon you. This is your place to work. Dublin Ohio

Productive and responsive
I was very productive, so my assignments on time, had flexible work schedules, respectful to company`s rules and regulation. I had a great time and very successful.

A stable and friendly job environment
I really enjoy my job where we as a team collectively improve health and improve lives. I get along with my coworkers and my manager very well. We support each other all the time.

It is a good place to work
it's a good place to work. you start at entry level. They do hire people with no experience so they can learn the Labcorp way. Trainers are usually not on the same page and tip toe around job duties. Be prepared

Worst place I have every worked
This is literally the worst place I have ever worked. Management is terrible, the employees are like high school kids, always fighting and plotting against other employees. The pay is very low. Take your skills elsewhere.

Work is often what you make of it. I blessed to have worked with some great folks and enjoyed it. Our department seemed disconnected from the rest of the company which was good at times. I would work there again.
ProsLots of vacation time

Good place to gain experiance
I would only recommend working at this place in order to gain experience. Individuals do not communicate effectively between shifts. This job could be easy if individuals communicated effectively and worked well together.

Unorganized and full of empty promises. There’s no growth with this company and your team will be forced to reach a quota
Management was unprofessional, work environment was unorganized and employees were treated unfairly. Team leads are rude and not helpful with training at all.

Unless you're desperate for a job don't work here
I was desperate for a job. The job is too stressful (mainly due to management and high call volume). Constantly changing standard operating procedures (SOP) with no warning. Poor training, and management is dangerously ignorant, immature and unprofessional!
