Food Preparation Worker | Vancouver, WA | Aug 25, 2019
Summer job for teens
Easiest job I've ever had but a lot of people I worked with were too relaxed and I never felt like I was a part of the team. Minimum wage, part time, easy work. Good for high school students and college freshmen, and that described most of the staff I worked with.
ProsEasy, tips, hard to get fired
Consno raises or advancement, poor communication

It was an awesome place to work! Management were awesome people!
There were so many opportunities to be promoted and to be compensated for the hard work you placed towards your position and the environment taught you a lot about working with others and working as a collective rather than an individual!

Fast and fun work place
Great customers. Cashiering, Answering phones, I learned how to manage a store. Hardest part was the closing shifts. I enjoyed making the pizzas for our customers.

Great Family Company
Little Caesars is a great company to work for, but have brought in new senior management that have brought in a very confusing culture in the way they have tried to direct the work that is trying to be accomplished.

Little ceasar s
It’s not a bad first job , but you won’t get anywhere staying there. The management could have been better but the team itself is only as good as the people leading them

Its was nice working for them
If you can get a long with some of the people that work there that's a good thing, and if you can get along with the general manager that's a big plus. Everyone else there are very chilled and very easy to get along with at the store.
ProsYou would get management discount on your food
ConsYou would have to ask if you could go take a break

Absolutely love my job!
I love my job! Most days are busy and steady and some days are slow which gives up time to clean and prepare for the next day. Love the people and employees that I work with and see daily. Very laid back place and very entertaining. Not a hard job at all would definitely recommend to anyone
ProsDiscounts extra hours when needed great supervisors
ConsRude customers managers often late

You get paid 8.25 you’re not allowed to work more than 25-28h per week they pay you every 15 days and you end up getting paid like $350 if you ask for more hours you’re not allowed to get it, only if you’re co-manager and store manager you get the full benefits but as crew member you don’t have any benefits.
Answered Aug 17, 2019
Toxic. The management doesn't handle anything directly. The hours are so sporadic. The pay is dismal. Some of your coworkers (and management) will seem like they need to back to rudimentary schooling.
