Work culture at Mindtree
I began my management with Mindtree within the Azure SQL Server Database space with the Microsoft Corp. I had fairly good support with other managers but had to learn most of the things on my own. I took on the challenge and I excelled

Stepping Stone
Willing to give college graduates an oppourtunity to pursue a career Software Engineering. However, after the training in India, the company was taken over by L&T. Due to this, management has been less than ideal.

Not good in long term stay
Getting salary hike here looks impossible. To start business and to get the position billed to client , company can pay anything to start but later salary hike is impossible here. Looks like few business men are running entire show and just thinking about their own profit. --High possibility that your downstream guy is getting salary higher than you. -- Biggest joke is $3-4 k annual hike for good performer. -- Indirectly, company forcing many Indian employees to stay alone without their family else they can't save money for their future( all because of low salary).

New Hire, Very Satisfied
I have only been employed by Mindtree for a little over a month. But so far... Salary, benefits, expense reimbursement, and availability of continuing education are just some of the bright spots. Coming from Houston, Tx, it is very refreshing to work in an environment where everyone is excited about the possibility of making a difference.

Strick Policy
This company is not a diversity company. If you are Indian, so you are so happy, otherwise no. This job is very stressful because you have to try to make the customer happy and receive excellent feedback from the customers. It is not a friendly and fun place. There are not any snacks and lunch services, you can find only coffee and water. There is a lot of strict policy. This place is a good place for learning.

Underpays
They do keep you on "the bench" while not assigned to a project, so you can learn during that time. However, it was disturbing to discover other people with less experience making more money.
ProsLaid back atmosphere
ConsLow pay.

Management is a sales engine that chews developers for lunch
The culture is only about getting the next contract and sending it offshore. Management is driven only by numbers. Yo! Indeed! Your website is faulty.
ProsWorking with first-time employees
ConsLack of management focus

Culture is strong
Good firm to work for. Good company culture and has been a differentiating factor for many years. Not sure if its upheld. Running behind numbers vs earlier approach

Difficult time to run an expanding business in Bellevue Washington.
Difficult time to run an expanding business in Bellevue Washington. Parking was an issue for each of our economy facilities. The team allowed me to nurse a bad foot wound while propping it up on desks and tables. Big company with small growing pains

Good consulting company to work for
Good consulting company to work for, with good competitive pay package compared to similar consulting companies. Only issue is job security/visibility, which seems lacking.
