Great leadership training
the reserves was a good place to begin to develop your leadership skills. I enjoyed my time in the Cadets as well as the reserves and have many skills I took from military life into my civilian life.

This job pays really well but as a part-time employee there are very little benefits beyond salary. Work hours are usually manageable at 7 or 8 hours a day unless under a contract, where you could be expected to work all day for six days a week.
