No longer in business
A day working at Nestle is clocking in at 7 am and starting the15 minute startup meeting. The meeting consists of the business for the day and telling everyone where they will be working for the day. The employees for the most worked well together. The management wasn't very experienced but they made it work.

Exciting work, need coat of armor
Very harsh environment. Extremely interesting work. Manufacturing processes were amazing watching how candy is made. Must be willing to give all your blood in the battles faced daily.

Productive, learning environment, fun, team work, collaborative
Working in Nestle gave me the opportunity to worked in Engineering, Technical Store Room Management, productions, and projects, factory utilities operation and maintenance system, continuous improvement team member, SAP PM Super User, etc.. The only reason why I left Nestle is my retirement in Dec 2017 but I feel I´m still strong to continue work in a company who needs me even if it´s a part time job.
ProsGood employee benifits, good learning place, lot of opportunities for advancement, promotional, etc.
ConsNeed to learn more and apply best in class in the workplace - need more time to accomplish

Poor Management
Poor management with no concern from upper management for junior management or staff. Upper Management always looking out for their career and will not make decisions due to high degree of concern about impact of them personally.
