Poductive, Lots to learn to.
I learned a lot by working in this company, my work is base in airport i talk to different nationality. I assist passenger in arrival and sometimes my duty is in baggage area, I receive complains on damage baggage, i make report on missing baggage and also tracing the baggage to return it back to the passenger.
