I feel happy working in Philippine Airlines, it give me the chance to share it towards the passenger. I give happiness and contentment to the pax.
I learned many things in Philippine Airlines, as I’ve work 13 years, how to handle passengers, how to talk courteously. It’s a teamwork effort. Management is so understanding towards the employees too.

Poductive, Lots to learn to.
I learned a lot by working in this company, my work is base in airport i talk to different nationality. I assist passenger in arrival and sometimes my duty is in baggage area, I receive complains on damage baggage, i make report on missing baggage and also tracing the baggage to return it back to the passenger.
