Overall Reviews at Raising Canes

Great Place to work for, i have been working for Canes for a long time. You can always improve and move up in the company if you want. They give PTO if you work at least 30 hours a week and have reached a year of service

flexible work space with great culture
Working at raising canes I was presented with a very flexible schedule and great management. If you follow all the right steps and communicate with them, they work with you.

Over all Canes has been the job i liked the most
It really puts the happiness of the employees above all others. They have crew member appreciation where we go to eat and have fun. Sometimes it's at dave and busters but mostly its at 6 flags and it's all free.

Productive active work environment
Very busy with constant workflow, never can catch a break but its nice to always stay busy most employees wont help around the store / let you struggle. the management isnt that bad but they cant keep a hold on the employees and alot of people leave because of how little they help out. I wish we were more involved with our community and went to more events but that just never happens. The store is so small finding a way to store things and not get in the way is a huge pain.
ProsFriendly, Work around your schedule
Consno breaks. Continuous work loads

Productive, everyone got along and great customer service.
Customer service was the main focus which made everything else flow in a good way. We would make sure the restaurant was the best it could be for customers and for employees.

Managers are amazing, and they due their best to fit your scedual!
I'd highly recommend if you have no experience to work here, because they give you a chance even if it's your very first job like for me. Every other place I applied to denied me because I have no job experience, but Raising Canes gave me a chance, and I've been with them for almost two years!

Fun but demanding
Raising canes workplace is an environment that is fast paced and requires lots of attention and really focus on the quality of food they serve at all times

Favoritism and alot of young kids as managers or shift leader not ideal place to work for the general manager did a ok job but the operation manager always will have attitude if you weren't one of the favs there remember I'm 34 taking orders from a 24 year old snobby person just wasn't cutting it especially getting attitude 2 years working there shameful on them not to appreciate my hard work

competitive work place
Everything was to the book, and that is not a bad thing until the managers are nagging you and expect one person to carry the team. Never felt like true team work was happening around me. Could never count on my fellow crew members.
