The Manager sets the tone
The company is great and the job was a perfect fit for me. It is the best and most fulfilling job I have ever had, but my branch manager would go from being the sweetest to me when she could be critical of someone else, to bring hateful to me. She admitted she needed to work on that, but never did. However, she was under a lot of stress as well. I was a member of the K3, as a BSL. I left to care for my children, but hope to one day return to my work family!
ProsEnvironment
ConsNo breaks scheduled, not family friendly flexibility

Appearances are deceiving
Unreasonable sales pressure. This wouldn't be bad if they had good products and approved loans. Additionally, customer service ratings from customers are basically a 100 or a 0. While customers are allowed to give you a number in between, the bank doesn't count it as such. They also change everything (rules, etc.) about once a year. Their ideal candidate is not someone with banking experience these days, so the person helping you with your intimate and complicated financial needs (retirement, child's college plans, etc.) probably just left a job as a cashier at Costco and has had 6 months of training if that. While the apple looks nice and rosy on the outside, the inside is rotten. Good benefits. That's about all.
ProsBenefits and pay are great
ConsConsistently understaffed across the board, high sales goals and they do not give you the tools to meet them, lack of knowledgeable people on the inside because they have all left.

Great
I’m actively looking for another job because moving up in this company is essentially nonexistent. Higher management gets all the bonuses while the little guys do the work and aren’t rewarded.

Great place to work, limited income potential
I have enjoyed my time here during as my first salaried job, great benefits, and a healthy non toxic work environment. Very happy here, just not a lot of income potential. Very misleading commission and bonus structure. Also nearly impossible to earn.
