Good discount everything else poor
There isn’t much progression within the company the hours are terrible as in they can’t Enhance hours but will employed new people 2 hour shifts are a joke good staff discount and some nice people to work with. People are expected to do jobs which management should carry out but are not paid the same

Questions And Answers about River Island

What tips or advice would you give to someone interviewing at River Island?
Asked Oct 17, 2018
Don't take yourself too seriously - its a really fun interview. Make sure you think of answers to questions such as "name a time you received excellent service" etc so you're not stuck. It'll most likely be a group interview and you'll be asked to do some form of activity like going on the shop floor and picking out an outfit for a specific event. You don't necessarily have to know everything about fashion but it definitely helps to show you have your own style and understand the brand/trends. They'll make you feel very relaxed and welcomed so dont be nervous :) its not too professional of an interview.

First and for most river island is a fashion shop,as to me i would be giving a practicle kind of interview to new joiners because most of the people think having loads of clothes is what we call fashion,it's not , it's all about how u mix and much it.were as most of the do not know how to play with colours to create the best out of what they got.
