Great people and management. Your choice of 1st or 2nd shift. Everyone is like family and a good work environment, very comprehensive as well. Good luck.

Samsung has proven to be an extremely challenging work environment - mainly due to lack of leadership communication and cultural differences and perspective with Headquarters. Unfortunately this has led to much negativity and unhappiness on many of the teams.

low salary / no work life balance
Compared to other companies, salaries are on the lower end. There is no work life balance. No defined job roll. Company does not care about their employees.

Decent place to work
Corporate has some built in racism coming from the Korean culture. Don't be dark skinned or be a woman and there are lots of opportunities here. Get passed over if you are a minority.

Hard Work life balance
Workplace culture is horrible. 12-14 hours days and have to work weekend and be on call 24/7. Management team lacks leadership skills and vision to advance the company
