Overall!
I like working here and it’s a great friendly environment that I come to, I hate to hear other people complain about the (pay) when YOU are in control of what you make, just like any other job, sales, retail anyone works at everyone should know you’ll have your highs and lows so stop complaining cuz nothing’s perfect and make do of the calls you get!!!!

Good developing new twchnolgies
Good environment for processors. Recent history of developing new technologies. Not As much of sweat shop as other contractors. Not owning any field operations is better during down business cycles.
ProsFree lunch

It was fair
Tgs is a fair company with great benefit, friendly staff from workers to the safety team. The pay rate was fair for some part of the team . I believe a raise would help more

Relaxed atmoshpere
Salient CRGT was a great company to work for while I was employed. The PM was always helpful and willing to do what he could to help you out. Always replied with an email within the hour.

Difficult to balance work life
Almost impossible to get raises and advance. Night shift only, so plans for night during the week is out of the question. Pay does not depend on experience. Low paying. Plus side is thru try to keep you working and overtime id good.
