Poor work place
Too much buddy system with lack of professional leadership. No teamwork nor cohesion. No trust between anyone. Entirely too much backstabbing. Not a good work environment.

Great place to work
Many opportunities for advancement and learning within the company. A lot of variety of assignments. Management is supportive and the people who you work with are great. Sometimes there are pressures and stress to meet deadlines and budgets but not more than any other large company.

Productive and Strategic
Work days were long but productive. Given the ability to manage my workforce outside the box in order to develop strategic mindsets and build a strong talent pool. Most important and satisfying part of my job was influencing and developing strong teams and leading them to continuously strengthen the confidence of our customers daily. This was in any department I managed for the company. (Sales,Training, Distribution and Merchandising)

Great Place To Work
It's a great opportunity to merge my love for events with the global love for the Coca Cola brand. Located in the heart of Downtown Atlanta, The WOCC attraction and surrounding areas always have something going on. The events we roll out are one of a kind.

Questions And Answers about The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC)

What is the interview process like at The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC)?
Asked Jul 26, 2016
Had an interview at the hollywood location . Five star questions and a role play . Interview was fine . I feel after an interview it's only common courtesy to email the potential employee to thank them for their time whether or not they hired you . Guess the management needs a course in the interview process and follow up with common decency .

Put in air conditioner so employees can think, you can't work good when your so hot you can't think. Then they have you completely suit up for cleaning and put a mask on,you can't even breathe it's so hot. Super surprised no one has died or passed out. This place is terrible!!!
