I love how its fast paced but the managers were rarely to be found when you needed help on a specific task but at the same time you see them talking with each other .

A company that cares about its employees
Overall a great company to work for, with excellent benefits, good company culture, and hard working employees. Several senior associates have left and returned to the company.
ProsSocial gatherings, free food, fitness reimbursement, on-site fitness, etc.
ConsNone related to the company (more so my current position does not align with my career goals)

Loved my team and overall day to day. You get to travel, easily grow within the company, great support system and overall great company culture. Tons of little surprises!

Great culture and management to work with. Everyone is friendly, hours are flexible and time management is used properly. The hardest part of the job would be the low amount of hours.

start up company at murjani international
coming from retail to a start up wholesale company was exciting , yet overwhelming .. learning to work with retailers vs being a retailer was easier than expected , but learning to work with makers to produce goods vs buy from wholesalers was a major challenge . extremely rewarding
Prostommy and his family
Consmurjani internationals failure to see the opportunity long term

Incredible work culture...best 13 years of my career
I had a variety of position with the company from coordinator, account executive and regional merchandise manager therefore my typical day varied quite a bit.
I learned everything about wholesale sales and management.
The management team was very supportive and offered all of the tools needed to achieve our goals.
The best workplace culture I have ever been a part of...
There was no hard part to this job...possibly being introduced to the military accounts and learning the variable of doing business with them.
Most enjoyable part of the job was the re pore and support among my coworkers...like a family all working toward our, and the companies success.

Hard to maneuver when you work alone
Running a clothing store by yourself is aggravating. Store is dark and slow. But because there are very few clothing stores in the airport...expect random rushes of customers wanting to buy. This is travel retail so you have to keep up.
