Transdevna does not care about their employees do not offer time off for the holidays and do not offer much paid time or even offer any paid sick time off

Transdev for the most locations was good but at this paratransit location in Brisbane California it was very stressful and toxic would not recommend anyone there.

Small employee strength and you need to play multiple roles.
There are many advantages of working here. The main advantage for me is the team. Everyone is genuinely so supportive and wants the business to do well and succeed.
When you start working for the company you very quickly feel that you are part of the team and have been there forever!

This company did not respecg workers
With Super shuttle, they have closed up as 2019 came to an end. The management treated workers like trash, cursing while on phone with potential passenger. Also took apart routes that were already made, plus had CSR's and Dispatcher's handling of their positions. Was a very bad company enviroment and did not care about their employees.

They told there employees less then a week that we wouldn’t have a job.
I loved working for this company. I was meeting different people from all over. I loved helping the guest that was lost and couldn’t find where they were going. I loved working with my coworkers I wish it had continued .

Management is incompetent and unprofessional
Workplace culture does not place emphasis of uplifting employee morale

Good place to learn

Management is all over the place though, and the direction in the company keeps changing because of lack of vision from upper management.
