A difficult work environment
I worked there for 7 years it was an intense environment. As big as the company in NY was we were having to follow the agenda from Zurich it was challenging at times because the cultures were so different.

This company is a sinking ship. stay away!
This is the worst company i've stepped foot into after 15 years in the industry. The European banking side of the business is sucking the entire organization dry. People leaving/reorging left and right. No continuity, no one knows what they are doing.
Branch Administrator | Barrington, IL | Dec 30, 2019
Very few locations to transfer too, but otherwise, the co workers are very professional and willing to help. There is constant learning and training requirements that help everyone stay up to date on the latest risks and continual educaiton

Very high calibre team. Be prepared to be challenged.
A prestigious firm full of capable individuals and very committed professionals. High expectations and lots of reward and opportunity for those who demonstrate willingness and capability.
Executive Administrative Assistant | Weehawken, NJ | Dec 8, 2019
Worked as a contractor
This does not apply to me, I worked as a consultant for two months as an employee was off on medical leave. I travelled from New York City to Jersey City every day.

Fun place to work
coworkers were very helpful and always rose to the challenge on a tough environment. Lot of challenges on the demand and timeframes for said work to be completed but is always fun
Client Services Associate | New York, NY | Nov 20, 2019
I was in private wealth so the work culture was very team focused, each private wealth team was in their own area and did not interact with the other teams very much.
Service Associate | White Plains, NY | May 11, 2019
Stressful environment. Compensation very low and they add more work to your plate. Taking time off disrupts other peoples schedules. Technology sucks and salary increase.
Compliance Officer | Nashville, TN | Mar 28, 2019
Great work life balance with below-average compensation
The company does promote a healthy work-life balance, which is the biggest perk of the job. However, the opportunities for advancement are limited and compensation is well below industry average. Additionally, there are few educational and career development opportunities in the Nashville office.
Finanzas | Honolulu, HI | Mar 2, 2020
The company in Honolulu has been downsized since I worked, but there were great people being part of it, and they taught me a lot about a lot of things.
