Overall Reviews at WNS Global Services

People are friendly; for as long as you do your best and follow the rules, your job is secure. You have to do really bad to be terminated. Attrition is caused mainly by employees more than from management.
I like working here. It can be monotonous at times, but you can make a difference.
There is always something new to learn.
Sometimes it can be very busy and you have to keep up. Sometimes it can be very slow, but it's up to you have you can use that time.
There is a lot of material to learn from, leaders are knowledgeable.
Can they do better for the employees, of course, no job environment is perfect, but they try.

Strong BPO - horrible technology provider
I left an awesome job to take what I thought would be a challenging technology position at WNS. The only thing challenging about it was getting the required funding to make the program successful. It was an awful experience.

The absolute worst job I've ever had.
I was lied to about my shift hour and ended working 3rd shift from 12:30 pm to 9 pm. The office itself is run like a zoo with people yelling, shouting, starting fights. I during my time there I was witness to an inappropriate relationship between a manager and employee as well as negotiations for a drug deal.
ProsLax work environment
ConsEverything about this job was horrible

I would not recommend this job! Management is horrible! Work load is too high for the little bit pay! This company keeps adding new lines of business with no pay increase! Some managers cannot keep their hands off of associates! They don’t care about their associates at all! Bottom like is over worked and underpaid! Do not apply here!

Excellent and Splendid working enviroment
I can come up with fixated solutions to customer’s queries given the correct training on the product as well as laboring under the correct knowledge. I focus on the niche unattended in order to come up with a solution within the sales department and the customer service since I am equipped in both sectors. I’ve came up to a conclusion that too much training simply means you got the wrong people, since brief equipped training gives birth to an expertly crafted consultant and automatically this gives the business a positive word of mouth through the consultant to the customer and a recognition within the people and a strong brand within the business.

Only reason it changed is bc of new management, things went completely left! Before he came it was very chill laid back place to work. I finally left after 2 years

It was ok until they added more work for the same pay
The job was a good job because you’re off on weekends and you get off no later than 9pm but the added more and more work with no talk of pay increases. We asked for a raise and we were told no because it’s not that much of a difference we are up to 4 lines of business with pay for only 1.
ProsOff on weekends
ConsHealth insurance and pay
