I enjoyed all of the busy, busy years that I worked for the company.
Loved all the time that. I was working, especially the Christmas season. So many departments, so many people to interact with. There were always issues to resolve and I was always on the move.I had a wonderful time "working" .
ProsGood people, variety of personalities

Productive fun space
Woolworths is very structured, processes are clearly defined and properly executed. The 7 company values are always treasured and highly spoken off all the time to remind employees. The health culture of the business is echoed on employees lifestyles. The company though it was doing so well in the market, tries to put employees first but because of poor performance in the industry there isn't enough room to advance to other higher positions. However the business tries by all mean necessary to groom you into those positions regardless of the fact that chances of being promoted to those positions are slim. Generally working there was the best experience I had ever been exposed to thus far

Team Supervisor | Victoria, TX | Jul 10, 2019
Be prepared to be treated terribly by customers and managers. As a supervisor, managers will increase the task list whilst consistently rostering on less and less employees, but will still expect nothing but perfection.
ProsIt's probably not as bad as other customer service roles
ConsRefer to review section.
