Responsibilities Include:
- Providing Exceptional Hair Services: From expert color to precise cuts and extensions, deliver top-tier services that leave clients feeling their best.
- Consultation Skills: Offer personalized consultations to understand each client’s unique needs and desires, ensuring they leave with a look they love.
- Product Recommendations: Educate clients on the best products to maintain their hair between salon visits and achieve their look at home.
- Maintaining a Clean Workspace: Keep your station tidy and organized to create a professional and welcoming environment for clients.
- Client Nurturing: Build strong relationships by sending thank-you notes, client care texts, and follow-up messages to ensure a memorable and positive experience.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- A valid cosmetology license.
- 2+ years of salon experience with a focus on dimensional color and cuts.
- A passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of the Fluff brand.

Pay: $750.00 - $3,500.00 per week
