KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Technology Enablement for our Consulting practice.
Responsibilities:

Participate in Oracle Cloud HCM / Payroll projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Oracle optimization related to information technology operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the applications

Review and map Oracle Cloud Payroll business processes
- Execute the day-to-day activities of Oracle Cloud advisory engagements for a variety of clients including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews

Review business processes and advise clients on system services available within the Oracle Cloud application

Identify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of five years of experience as a Functional Lead / Architect with Oracle Cloud and EBS Payroll

Minimum of three full life cycle implementations with Oracle Cloud Payroll as a functional Lead / Architect Leading functional Design, and experience with fast formulas, costing, balance Conversion, HDL, configuration and Process alignment

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university

Experience with Project Planning, requirements gathering, design sessions and full deployment life cycle. Functional Payroll Certification (FPC), Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) from American Payroll Association or Equivalency from global payroll associations or prior demonstrated certification preferred

Detailed understanding of Oracle Cloud Payroll processes and best practices

Ability to travel up to eighty percent
