What you'll do for us
As a B2B Collections Specialist you will be contacting our customers – other companies, law firms, etc., to ensure the payment of past due invoices. We are looking for someone with business to business collections experience in our Wilmington, DE office. Our most successful employees are service oriented and work well as a team player.
Some of the things you will be doing:
Providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients
Use problem solving skills to resolve customer issues
Processing and handling incoming customer inquiry calls
Generate a specified number of outbound calls to customers
Data entry of client information
Emailing statements to clients
Educating customers on our services
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
Law firm experience a plus
Experience in providing excellent customer service
Excellent computer skills
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work well on a team
Confidence on the phone
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to think outside the box
Attention to detail
