Integrates knowledge and skills from a range of technologies to address work assignments and problems of moderate complexity.
Coordinates and troubleshoots hardware and software issues, such as the repair of laptop computers and performing diagnostic repair procedures.
Installs and configures, performs routine diagnostics multiple supported operating systems.
Tests new releases for supported systems.
Installs and supports new devices along with accompanying software, i.e. tablets, projectors, and cameras.
Installs and configures applications and other supported software packages.
Performs network support and troubleshooting duties.
Provides consultation and/or training on the operation of technology equipment and software.
Coordinates with vendors when necessary.
Participates as team member on small and/or large projects.
Records activities in the work order system.
Updates/Creates internal supported system documentation.
Certifications such as CompTIA, A+ certification, HP Certification, other hardware vendor specific certifications
