Printed circuit board supplier hiring morning shift Part Time Office Assistant. Plenty of opportunities to grow within our organization. The office assistant needs to perform multiple functions:

Hours: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm Monday - Friday

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Make outgoing sales and customer service calls. Answer incoming calls.
  • Follow up with sales leads and customers.
  • Quote for customers.
  • Maintain good customer relationships

Admin Responsibilities:

  • Enter orders and issue invoices.
  • Collect payment. Be responsible for account payable.
  • Communicate with customers about order status
  • Post sale support to customer
  • Other office work to support sales, engineering, purchase and managers.


  • Outgoing personality. Comfortable on the phone.
  • Very detail-orientated. Can perform tasks with high accuracy.
  • Very responsible.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Comfortable working in a small company environment with minimal supervision.
