We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
As the Regional One-Acquisitions Strategy and Operations Manager, you will lead a team of Regional Program Managers (RPMs) and Regional Product Leads (RPLs) supporting the regional acquisitions business, and be responsible for shaping, launching, and landing key sales program and tools/infrastructure changes in-region. You will be sought out as a trusted advisor by leaders across the GCS organization, working cross-functionally to drive alignment and strategic change management.
In this role, you will work with regional and global leadership teams to identify opportunities for future growth and then create and implement plans to achieve these goals, working closely with cross-functional leaders. You will provide trusted, holistic feedback and insights from your region to influence strategy and our business roadmap. You also use your team’s regional expertise to lead deployment of program/product launches and pilots in-market, and act as the voice of the region on what’s working and what’s not. Through this role, you will gain invaluable experience working in a dynamic global environment.
