We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced transfer pricing professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Global Transfer Pricing Associate Director is part of the global tax team dual headquartered out of Chicago and Pittsburgh with global team members in Canada, the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, Italy, Singapore, China, Australia, Indonesia, Brazil and Mexico. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into the Global Tax Planning Director. Get ready for a lot of exposure to senior internal stakeholders. This position is responsible for the management of global transfer pricing structures, planning and compliance working closely with internal stakeholders and outside providers from inception of transfer pricing positions through audit defense.
This position can be located in the US or Western Europe.
In brief, you will be responsible for:
Designing, implementing and supporting global transfer pricing projects on a day to day basis to respond to business or regulatory changes and mitigate tax uncertainty;
Teaming with the Global Tax Planning Director and the global tax team to develop strategic thinking around how KHC operates globally;
Establishing efficient and repeatable global processes to ensure timely and complete transfer pricing compliance;
Leading transfer pricing financial modeling and benchmarking exercises;
Managing intercompany pricing policies and the global transfer pricing framework
Supporting dispute resolution of transfer pricing issues with tax authorities;
Managing risks emanating from the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development’s (OECD) Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) action items and other legislative transfer pricing developments;
Building and developing talent on the team.
BA/BS economics, accounting, business, finance or other similar field required;
Master’s, PhD or professional degree in tax, accounting, economics, finance or law preferred;
15+ years of transfer pricing experience;
Extensive knowledge of transfer pricing compliance and reporting;
Fluent written and spoken English.
