Dental Health Products, Inc. will support you with ongoing training to ensure that you will be an expert in your area and ready to adapt to changing technology and repair techniques.

  • This position clientele has been established but can be increased more.
  • Repair, maintain and install dental equipment in local offices and clinics. Maintain a parts inventory. Grow your assigned Service Territory by securing new accounts and service referrals.
  • Wage Negotiable - Salary based on experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers. Maintain company provided vehicle (service van) and parts inventory.
  • Scheduling and execution of services calls within a timely manner of request. Perform site checks in coordination with customers, representatives and trades’ people related to pre-installation of equipment in the customer’s office.
  • Co-travel with merchandise, equipment and/or vendor reps when requested. Attend and promote local trade show(s), including assisting in setup/tear down of booth if/when necessary.
  • Actively participate in annual training programs held by manufactures and company, required for maintaining current certifications.
  • Submit Monthly Expense Reports and/or Credit Card Statements within the time frame required by company policies and procedures.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Associate’s Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school;
  • or six months to one, year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
