Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessments, treatments, and interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
- Respond to patient needs and emergencies with a focus on empathy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license.
- Previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
