Vice President of Ecommerce

Due to our continued success, we are expanding and looking for a talented Vice President of Ecommerce to join our team.
We are looking for a skilled Vice President of Ecommerce to lead and take ownership of all ecommerce efforts for the brands. Our ideal candidate will be proactive, take initiative and have a passion for ecommerce technologies.
This candidate will actively collaborate with cross-functional partners across the organization to optimize processes and provide insights that will drive sales across all online channels of the business.
Driving e-commerce revenue and P&L objectives by improving conversion rates and increasing the number of online purchases.
Managing budget to drive key programs to maximize opportunities and drive ROI.
Leading all aspects of ecommerce business including business planning, content strategy and development, online marketing, website design, customer service, web analytics and web technologies.
Managing and taking ownership of department-wide online ecommerce strategy and P&L entities to enhance shopper experience.
Owning the creation and development of the ecommerce strategy; planning annual initiatives to drive our business forward.
Partnering with Marketing and Content teams to develop, implement, and/or optimize effective online campaigns, digital marketing, and social media strategies that drive traffic, increase conversion, and expand sales online.
Managing and communicating cross channel marketing and promotional plans and overseeing all digital marketing efforts driving customer acquisition, LTV, social engagement, website traffic and revenue.
Being responsible for inventory management to ensure inventory levels are healthy; orders, sales and deliveries are controlled.
Being responsible for A/B testing to ensure top performing content; guaranteeing effective changes to marketing strategy.
Working with Transifex software and managing translation integration on live site; recommending new and improved websites and strategies to site integration.
Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Technology or related field
Must have 5-10 years of experience with web development or digital management
Must have experience with Ecommerce backend systems (Shopify a Plus)
Must be proficient in Google Analytics and other reporting systems
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS languages a plus
Must be proactive, a self-starter and thrive within a fast-paced environment
Must have strong organization skills and have a keen eye for detail
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Must possess a high level of integrity and be flexible to changing conditions
Experience in and passion for the beauty industry is a plus
