Reporting to the Senior Director for Corporate Partnerships, the CRM Business Analyst provides the technical direction and oversight for the alternative-credit and non-credit enterprise at BGSU, including system development and oversight, implementation, and maintenance of the CRM platform and related applications (Ex. Salesforce Marketing and Commerce Cloud Services). This person will support complex technical projects and performs system analysis.
Fulfill business analysis duties on projects and initiatives:

Meet with stakeholders to understand business needs

Facilitate discovery and document requirements
-
Write user stories and prepare process maps
-
Collaborate with ITS/other if necessary, on solution design
-
Participates in the implementation and maintenance of vendor software releases and impact
Daily Administration of CRM Platform and the dedicated instance of Canvas:
-
Serve as the functional lead for system upgrades and maintenance, including account maintenance, security, creation of reports/dashboards, and workflows.

Work with ITS on the initial set up and implementation of systems.
-
Meet with campus partners to create process maps and design business solutions.
-
Maintain data integrity via system audits, reviews, and modifications. Maintain business operations of the unit, including working with subject matter experts who provide course content.
Provide training and support to end users.

Design and facilitate trainings for users in CRM Platform.

Provide first-line service response for users in CRM Platform.

Develop and maintain internal technical documentation related to CRM functionality.

Design and build new features/solutions.

Apply creative problem-solving and fluent communications skills to translate users’ business needs into CRM platform concepts, including defining technical and configuration tasks.

Coordinate ongoing prioritization, shaping, documentation, and delivery of CRM Platform solutions

Design and prototype proof-of-concept solutions within CRM.
