Ideal candidate is meticulous, organized, and a natural problem solver.
A course in financial modeling is a bonus.
Experience with Quickbooks is a bonus.
-Conduct financial analysis and provide written finding as needed,
-Model complex cash flows and business structures,
-Assist with internal due diligence for capital transactions and other portfolio financings,
-Administer ongoing and ad-hoc analyses and the preparation of various reports (eval, listing. Prospectus),
-Analyze financial transactions and prepare feasibility recommendations for development finance projects,
-Assist in making recommendations in areas such as budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and macroeconomic business forecasts,
-Research and prepare reports on subjects such as rate of return, investment opportunities, and investment performance,
-Monitor and ensure ongoing compliance with related parties, meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual deadlines,
-Assist asset management and development finance in property financing, dispositions, and underwriting real estate and structured finance transactions,
-Function as a liaison with various groups across the organization to collect and organize relevant information
- Interact with buyers and sellers
-Gather all of client's financial documentation
-Assist in creating marketing materials
-Draft engagement and purchase agreements
-Facilitate due diligence
-Assist with closings
-Perform other duties, as assigned
