## Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead our organization in providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, budgeting, and relationship management. ## Responsibilities - Oversee all aspects of program development and implementation - Manage and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service delivery - Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, and community partners - Lead budgeting processes and ensure financial sustainability - Provide leadership in the areas of social work, behavioral health, and administrative functions ## Skills - Proven experience in working with people with developmental disabilities - Strong background in budgeting and program management - Excellent supervisory skills to manage a diverse team effectively - Ability to develop and implement programs that meet the needs of clients - Exceptional relationship management skills to foster partnerships within the community

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
