You have the ability to work up to 50 hours a week of consistent work including 10 hours of overtime if desired. You get to schedule your own shifts that work for your schedule. 25 hours a week is required for you to be considered for this position.
As an employee of Crunch Care and we would send you on jobs to client family homes, where you would provide in-home care primarily as a nanny. Ages of the children will vary from family to family. Client families work for large companies in various industries such as health, financing, banking, tech, etc. companies in the region.
Qualifications and Requirements:
*2-5 years of professional child care experience is required! (infants, preschoolers, toddlers, and/or elementary school aged children)
*Relevant professional child care references
*Ability to respond to texts for bookings QUICKLY
*Good energy level and ability to adapt to new and diverse environments
*Good communication skills
*Consistent employment history with no tardiness and/or no shows while on the job
$16.65-18.00 per hour paid bi-weekly via direct deposit. You will be a Crunch Care employee so you will receive an annual W2, AVERAGE PAY RATE FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDING OVERTIME IS $21.74 PER HOUR
100 hours per month of employment required, average of 23 hours per week
