This business directly addresses the Defense and Security markets in North America, Latin America, and the Asia-Pacific region. As a result of this expansion, we have an opening for a well-qualified UAS Support Operator.
The UAS Support Operator will exemplify their technical acumen and customer mentality first to support fielded systems, observe operation improvements and advance new technologies aligned to our company's vision for UAS and Airborne Artificial Intelligence.
Responsibilities:
- Safely execute regular ground and flight operations including mission planning and briefing, flight execution, debriefing, aircrew resource management and safety.
- Support customer issues resolving complex problems including troubleshooting with the customer on system errors.
- Record information in our ERP/MRP system.
- Working with the engineering and flights team to understand our software and how to troubleshoot.
- Implement effective solutions to customer issues, often following documented procedures or knowledge base articles.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issue resolutions to improve future support.
- Contribute to a knowledge base of frequently asked questions and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate as part of the Quantum-Systems Programs team.
Qualifications:
- Two or more years of remote pilot experience in professional or military UAS Operations
- Must possess an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to professionally interface with all employees, military and civilian customers, contractors, and aircrew.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment is essential, along with travel as required.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
