Monday through Friday, 8-5 (no weekends)
Oversee the daily operations of the front office, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Greet and assist patients, providing excellent customer service
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel
-Discuss treatment with patients and answer questions about the services we provide.
- Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and files
- Experience with provider scheduling
- Assist with project coordination and implementation
- Asking for and receiving patient payments
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, faxing, and photocopying
Requirements
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, warm, welcoming and professional demeanor
-Organizational skills and excellent follow-through
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in the front office of healthcare
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle phone calls in a professional manner
- Demonstrates empathy and compassion
-Experience with Electronic medical records
