Care STL Health seeks full-time Environmental Technicians maintains a clean, sanitary and comfortable environment for health care services.
Clean and sanitize all restrooms daily (i.e. toilets, sinks and restroom floors), refill supplies as needed (hand soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue).
Damp mop the entire health center on a daily basis and clean baseboards.
Vacuum areas of the health center that require it on a daily basis.
Pick up trash on the outside of the building and parking lots on a daily basis.
Wash windows according to cleaning schedule.
Wash walls according to cleaning schedule.
Wipe down patient care areas on a daily basis.
Perform light maintenance.
Follow all OSHA guidelines and rules regarding the handling of bio-hazardous waste.
Respond to staff calls in a timely fashion
A Successful Candidate:
Must be able to maintain a clean health care facility.
Experience in the areas of: carpet cleaning, floor care, restroom sanitizing, bio-hazard handling and window washing is preferred.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required
Must have reliable transportation
